He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Zelasko; and his brother Tristan. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Zelasko; his children, Alexandria (Daniel) and Grant Zelasko; and his sisters, Marianna Oestrike (Jerry) and Kasha Rakosik (Ryan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
