He is survived by: his wife Helen Slick; his children, Martha Slick, Matthew Slick (Mary) and Jennifer Ivory; his grandchildren, Jonathan Slick (Shanda), Aaron Ivory (Miranda), Isaiah Ivory, Nick Goin (Ashley), Alex Goin, Kaylee Slick and Ian Slick; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Kysen, Mireya and Emerson; and his siblings, Dorothy Pitt (Ferrel) and Larry Slick (Jan).
