He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Helminiak (Luckey) and John Helminiak; and his sisters, Marian and Bonnie Jean. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo; his children, Lori Helminiak, John and Mike Helminiak (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Jason (Tiffany), Jacklyn, Kolby, Kylie, Lucas (Jenny), Carson (Danielle), Brady Helminiak and Katelyn Twigg (Todd); and his brothers, Dick (Dorye) and Ray. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
