He was predeceased by: his mother Kathryn L. Burek; and his siblings, Janet Alvord and James Bick. He is survived by: his father Herman P. Bick; his sons, Douglas (Dawn) and Jay (Kris Thomas); his sisters, Thelma "Tab" and Pam; his grandchildren, Britany, Courtney and Trenton; and his great grandchildren, Bria and Cruze. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
