The memory of Jo Ann Dixon (Sylvania, Ohio), who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Beck and Cleo Beck; her husband Virgil; and her brother James Beck. She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Kurek and Amy Dixon; her grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Emily Horst and Alec Kurek (Alicia); her great grandchild Cora Kurek; her close friends, Betty Morrin, Tenley Petersen and Beth Solo; and her caregiver Misty Griswold.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Olivet Lutheran Church (5840 Monroe St, Sylvania, OH 43560). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations may be made in Jo Ann's memory to the Cherry Street Mission, Olivet Lutheran Church or Salem Lutheran Church.
