He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parks and Mary Parks (Sehrt). He is survived by: his wife Jill Parks; his children, Julie Mastilak (Eric), Casey Maupin (Sara Cordey) and James N Parks; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Mastilak, Noah Mastilak, Andrew Mastilak and Ryder Maupin; his sister Janet Ketchum (Jon); and his nieces, Jennifer Beckstrom (Aaron) and Jackie Dillahunt (Jordan).
