He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Moncher and Rose Moncher (Mich). He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Smilnak; his wife Betty; and his children, Susan Fowler Jr. (Ira), James (Danine), Dan and Frank (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
