He is survived by: his parents, Steven Nowakowski and Alexandria Nowakowski (Grochowski); his wife Norma Jean; his children, Marilyn Fredrickson (Bruce) of Boulder, CO, James (Marsha) of Atlanta, GA, John Sylvania (Cynthia), Catherine Scannell (Maumee), Henry "Chip" Ottawa (Patsy), Jeffery of Oregon, OH, Mark of Toledo, Carolyn Saine (Thomas) of Toledo and Janet Bali (John) of Minooka, IL; his sisters, Barbara Sniegowski of South Bend, IN and Wanda Samiec (Swanton); and also Polish. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
