He is survived by: his children, Kristin Lee of Rocky Mount, NC, Gary B. Bernath of Wauseon and Linda Folger of Temperance, MI; his grandchildren, Kyle Folger (Pet) of Toledo, TJ and Nathan Walker (Seandra) of Akron; and his great grandchildren, Karly, Khloe, Kyla Folger of Toledo and Seely James Walker of Cary, NC..
