She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jakcsy and Ursula Jakcsy; her stepmother LaDonna Jakcsy; her husbands, Meredith Benadum Jr. and Robert B. Hall; and her sons, Meredith Benadum Jr. II and Thomas A. Benadum.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Jankowski, Deborah Stewart (John) and David Benadum (Barbara); and her siblings, Ronald Jakcsy, Robert Jakcsy, John Crampton, Patrick Crampton and Dianne Jacoby. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
