He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Taylor and Lorena Jenkins; and his siblings, Robert Jenkins and Carol Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Debra Jenkins (Davis); his children, Kelly Eischen and Eric Jenkins; and his brothers, John and Edward Jenkins.
