He was predeceased by: his father Frank Soss; and his mother-in-law Joanne Rogge. He is survived by: his mother Lois Soss; his wife April Rogge; his children, Frank V and Kiersten; his siblings, Betsy Zilba (Joe), Katie Binder (Jim), Lloyd Soss (Krys), Sara Billau (Josh), Bryan Soss (Kim) and Patti Ingram (David); his father-in-law Earl Rogge; and his brothers-in-law, Rob Rogge (Pam) and Tim Rogge (Carla). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
