With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Gwozdz of Sylvania, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on April 26, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Gwozdz and Viola Gwozdz; his son Kevin Gwozdz; and his wife Joanne Gwozdz. He is survived by: his son Steve (Suzanne Gwozdz); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Zoe and Zachary; and his daughter-in-law Christine Gwozdz.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank Gwozdz can be made to Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice of Greater Toledo in honor of the care and compassion given to Frank over the last year.
