She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernia Honor (Daniels) and Frank Taylor Weaver; her husband Robert Henry Hubbell; and her sisters, Lois Douglas and Shirley Godbey.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Hubbell (Shari) of Illinois, David Hubbell (Christine) of New York, Sharon Derian (Martin) of Toledo, Robert Hubbell (Barbara) of Florida and Cynthia Holloman (John) of Arizona; and her siblings, Frank Weaver (Paulette) of Phoenix, AZ and Barbara Goldberg of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Frances' name to the First Christian Church.
