He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Zmijewski and Gertrude Zmijewski (Kolacz); his parents-in-law, George Ray and Francis Knowles; and his sister-in-law Fran.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Simms (Ray); his children, Cheri Simms (Cindy Ginter), Pam Gossett (Kirk), Keith Simms (Sarah), Don Anderson and Jonathan Anderson; his siblings, Danny, Chris and Johnny; and his brother-in-law Ralph.
