It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Hanes of Sylvania, Ohio, born in Grand Rapids, Ohio, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant H. Gates and Marion P. Gates (Howard); her husband Jack C. Hanes; her sister Phyllis Van Till; and her children-in-law, Jim Pasch, Denny Kitchen and Kathy Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Pasch, Sandra Schaub (Scott), Annette Roberson (Tom), Tim (Audrey), Bill and Bob Hanes; and her brothers, Dan and Jim Osterhout. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
