He was predeceased by: his parents, Lazaro Quinonez and Juanita Quinonez (Alcazar); his daughter Lisa Quinonez; and his sister Maria Quinonez (Pam Heffelbower). He is survived by: his children, Steve Quinonez, Jr. (Diana) and Rachel Estep (Frank); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Cayla, Meranda and Codi; his brother Gerald Quinonez (Julie); and his niece LaVaida Rocha. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid 19 situation, services will be private.
