It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Newton (Sylvania, Ohio), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 27, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Josephine DeMet (Swoboda) and Aristotle DeMet; her husband Jack Newton (Jack); her children, John Newton (Maureen), David Newton, Thomas Newton (Carla), Mary Westphal (Robert) and Patricia Virost (Randal); her grandchildren, Amanda Osta (David), Benjamin Newton (Deena), Molly Newton, Michael Newton (Jen), Erin Hernandez (Armando), Phillip Newton, Glenn Westphal (Kathryn), Scott Westphal, Elaine Westphal, Kelly Keep (Brendan) and Andrew Virost; and her sister Connie Bezanis (Leo). She was also cherished by 12 great grandchildren.
