She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Kramer and Leona Kramer (Hite); and her husband Jack R. Wagar. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Wagar (Rebecca) of Hillsboro, OR and Mark Wagar of Riga, MI; and her granddaughter Zoë Wagar.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
