He is survived by: his wife Myrle; his daughter Nancy Anne; his sister Mary Troxel (Pearl); his grandchildren, Nicole Smith (Chris), Andrew Lawrence (Jena), Stacey Griner (Billy), Brandon Lawrence (Hannah) of Anthony Lawrence and Seth Lawrence; and his friend Rema Whitaker.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Maple Wood United Methodist Church in Battle Creek, MI . (342 Capital Ave. NE., 49017).
