He was predeceased by: his parents, Elek Perna and Ursula Perna (Branske). He is survived by: his wife Shelley Perna (Richards); his children, Sara Ehmann (Nathan), Amy Brubaker (Luke), Kate Easton (Brent) and Kyle Perna (Kristina); his grandchildren, Addyson, Easton, Jaxon, Mollie, Wyatt, Sadie, Lorelai and Avery; and his siblings, Marge Townsend (Scott), Vince (Cindy) and Tom Perna (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Mass will be conducted at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sylvania, on Thursday, September 26, at 10:00 A.M.
