He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Yeary and Roena Cavins Yeary; his wives, Linda Lou Yeary and Llinda Lou Yeary; and his siblings, Etta Mae Foret, Delores Hubbard, Connie Partin, Wanda Sue Gingerella and Charles Yeary.

He is survived by: his children, Scott Allen (Kelly) of Ohio, Elmer Yeary of Ohio, Randy Yeary of Virginia, Denise Marie Yeary of Tazewell, TN., Raymond Yeary of Harrogate, TN and Joseph Yeary of Ohio. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 6 great Grandchildren.
