He is survived by: his spouse Toshiko Wagner (Toyohira); his children, Viola Moore (Ronald), JoAnn Balek (Greg), Robert (Beth) and Edward Wagner (Melinda); and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Emily, Amanda, Jamie, Jessica, Linsey, MacKenzie, Nicholas and Jacob.
