He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gustafson and Eleanor Gustafson (Patton). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Gustafson (Holmes); his daughters, Esther Ameling (Bart) and Karin Gustafson; his sister Linda Hesselbart (Fred); and his nephew Malachi Hesselbart.
