She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Vulk and Charles Avery; her husband Jerry Sr.; and her sister Jokay Chilcott. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry D. Blasingim Jr. of Maine, Shawn J. Blasingim (Kristie) of Toledo and Michael W. Blasingim (Melanie) of Sylvania; and her sister Valinda Wierzbicki (Dennis). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
