She was predeceased by: her parents, Onza Rose and Georgia Rose (Angel). She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Tabbert; her sons, Charles D. (Andrea), Brian (Haley) and Todd Tabbert (Nichole); her grandchildren, Evelyn, Amelia and Charles W.; and her siblings, Brenda Kunkel (Jeff), Linda Mcleod (Kenny), Randal (Tracey) and Tim Rose (Nancy).
