She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Tony Struckholz; her son Dave Struckholz; her grandsons, Lucas and Cole Struckholz; her parents, Lora J. Burton and James M. Chadwick; and her brother Jim Chadwick (Rose).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cherry Street Mission, the Open Door Ministry, or Ebeid Hospice.
