With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Beers Slade of Sylvania, Ohio, born in Flossmoor, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Beers and Ruth Beers; her husband Jeffrey A. Slade; her children, Carson (Scott Zanick) of Defiance and Jeffrey (Christine) of Toledo, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kendall, Connor Black, Vivienne and Jeffrey Slade; her stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Sabel, Coit Black and Alison Preslan; and her siblings, Ken Beers, Linda Downing and Donna Scalla (Robert). She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Christ Child Society of Toledo, Ohio or Planned Pethood of Toledo, Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice.
