He was predeceased by: his wife Lelah; his son Harlan; and his sisters, Virginia Bettis, Evangeline Vineyard and Velma Rendel (Brock).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Pamela S. Dorcas and Cedric F. Dorcas (Yong Moore); his brother Raymond Dorcas; and his stepdaughters, Heidi Wamsher and Lucette Wright (Brian). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The family askes that no flowers be sent, and that any donations be given to First United Methodist Church or Parkinson's Research, C/O the University of Toledo Medical College.
