He is survived by: his wife Pamela Gray Beason; his children, Mitzi Lewis (Gary) of Charlotte and Brent Beason (Blair) of Charlotte; his granddaughters, Sara McKenzie Lewis, Sophie Elizabeth Lewis, Anna Gray Beason and Sadie Ellen Beason; his sisters-in-law, Johnie Dickson and Jerry Beason; and also Brent.
