It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Church (Sylvania, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Carr and Irma Carr; her daughters, Lavonne Carr of Dawn Church and Her; her significant other Ronald Stone; her brothers, Artie Carr, Billy Carr and Donald Carr; and her grandchildren, Justine, Xavier, Lexus and Jena. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
