She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin C. Kroll and Claire E. Kroll (Scofield); her husband Robert Billau; her son Richard; and her brothers, William and James.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald (Linda), Dennis (Ellen) of Bellevue, NE and Donn (Theresa) of Shreveport, LA; her daughter-in-law Tina (Richard) of Chandler, AZ; and her siblings, Shirley Brodbeck, Thomas Kroll, David Kroll and Linda Kroll. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
