She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Azbart and George Azbart; and her siblings, David, Mary Ann, Loretta and Florence (Robert).
She is survived by: her spouse Robert Wilczynski; her children, Bill, Carol (Joe), Cathy (Measie) and Caryn (Jamie); her grandsons, Justin (Marissa), Jon (Cherise), Jeremy (Molly), Cam, Quinn, Cody and Kaden; and her great grandchild Kennedy Lynn. She is also survived by wife and mother, returning to work when her children were grown, as the attending nurse at the Child.
