It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrea Maggie Renee Proctor (Sylvania, Ohio), who passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Humphrey and Edna Humphrey (Lofton); her sister Stephanie McQuirter; her niece Carmen McMillan; her daughters, Andrea M. Proctor, Celeste Jackson (Michael) and Holli M. Proctor; and her siblings, Oscar McQuirter, Edna McQuirter, Hannah McQuirter, Susan Lee (Paul) and Phyllis Humphrey. She was also cherished by 2 uncles; 6 aunts; and many other extended family members and dear friends.
