She is survived by: her parents, Robert Bradley and Catherine Bradley; her daughter Autumn Evans; her sisters, Tracy Bradley and Julie Houser; her nephew David Archibeque (Bree); her great-nieces, Emersyn and Alaina; her goddaughter April Sorah (Bobby Futey); her aunt Judy Faunce; her cousin Laurie; her brothers-in-law, Kenny Rarick and Glenn Houser; her uncles, Dean and Bones; her aunt Delores Knopp; her cousins, Kerry, Dylan Kamalay, Cindy Reckley, Robert and Jeff Bradley; and also Bob.
Donations in honor of Amy's memory may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Association of Frontotemporal Degeneration or ALS Foundation.
