He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Lawery and Clifford Foster; his wife Marty; his son Jeffrey; and his stepchildren, Thom Lantz, Lisa Lantz, Anthony DeCola and Ronald DeCola.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a memorial contributions in Allen Foster's name be made to the Cherry Street Mission of Toledo Ohio, or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
