He is survived by: his wife Hilda; his sons, Brad Beach of Whitehouse, Brent Beach of Maumee and Boynton Beach; his sister Pat Smith of Worthington; his niece Mallory Smith; his nephews, Rob Smith and Randy Smith; and his brothers-in-law, John Rhoads (Francis), Dick Rhoads (Marjorie) and Wendy (Weirer).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, or Olivet Lutheran Church.
