She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her son David; and her sister Delores. She is survived by: her son Thomas (Barb); her daughter-in-law Brenda; her grandchildren, Kim Pietrzak (Leonard), Stephen Ehret (Kate) and Mark Bruce; and her great grandchildren, Colin and Dylan Ehret.

Memorial donations may be made to Ohio Living Hospice in Alfia's memory.
