He is survived by: his son Eric; his wife Germaine James; his children, Cecillia, Albert, Jr., Perry, Patricia, Yalonda and Commeka; his stepchildren, Chris, Derrick and Kyle; and his sister-in-law Theola James (Sweetie). He is also survived by many grand kids, and many siblings.
