He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Gideon Spieker Jr. and Virginia Hayward Spieker; his sister Debbie Spieker Klein (Matt); and his brother-in-law David Milne. He is survived by: his children, Adam (Emily), Alex Spieker (Brooke) and Gretchen Welch (Bill); and his siblings, Susan Spieker Kenney (Kevin), Mary Ann Spieker Milne and Henry J. Spieker (Julie). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
