He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Mackey, Sr. and Emma Fellhauer; his brother Bernard Mackey, Jr.; his sister-in-law Sandra Hall; and his grandsons, Jacob and Randy Loy.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Hendrickson; his daughters, Lori Mackey, Kelly Myers (Eddie) and Tracie Hoobler (Matthew); his grandchildren, Scotty Loy, Brandon Hoobler, Havin Hoobler and Madelyn Myers; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Mackey and Kim Martinez (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ansberg-West Funeral Home (3000 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43613). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to the donor's favorite charity.
