It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mona Howell of Sylvania Township, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Rupp and Alys Rupp (Waxler); and her husband Kenneth Howell. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Trumbull (Jason) and Kayleen Cunningham (Mike); her grandchildren, Samantha, Megan, Brina, Nicholas and Anyeh; and her sister Pam Rupp (Bresa Heiss).
