It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Jean Pfeifer of Sylvania Township, Ohio, who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Abner and Jean Abner (Ellcey); her husband Robert James Pfeifer; her brother-in-law Richard Clark; her friend Judi Paulson Mitchell; and her grandmother Citi.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Smith (Chris) and Rebecca Pfeifer (Mike Martin); her grandchildren, Eric (Sabrina), Bradley, Kirsten (Sam), Hilary and Daniel; her sisters, Peggy Clark, Ellen Harrington (Ron), Betty Kendall (Bob) and Citi; and her friend Sandie Zapiecki.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
