She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaylord Firestone and Velma Firestone (Perrine); her daughter Courtney; and her sisters, Roxanne Askam, Diana Barrett and Christine Fourtner.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Hodge of Sycamore; her children, Erika Hill (Jason) of New Riegel, Logan Hodge (Jody) of Harpster and Tyler Hodge (Jessica) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Liam Hodge, Lyncoln Hill and Melanie Barot; and her siblings, Tony Firestone (Kim) of Tiffin, Steve Firestone (Bridgette), John Firestone (Rhonda) of Findlay, Robin Surface of Missouri, Pam Baker (Robby) of Tiffin and Bridget Maynard (Kody) of Tiffin.
