We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2018, at the age of 78, Homer T. Lewis (Sycamore, Ohio), born in Hazard, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer H. Lewis and Grace Z. Lewis (Edwards); and his sisters, Lillian Breitenbach and Helen Rioux. He is survived by: his son Brian of Cincinnati; his granddaughter Emily Lewis; his stepgrandson Joseph Stanichar; his sister Evelyn of Middletown; his nieces, Jennifer, Cole of Folsom, Kristina, Chan of Mason, Michelle and Dawson of Pittsburgh, PA; his nephew Michael; and also Pratt of Middletown.
