He was predeceased by: his mothers, Marsha F. Osman Sr. and Wilma E. (Brittingham); and his sisters, Mildred Polley, Viola Climber and Margaret Smutz.

He is survived by: his wife Sarah Elizabeth Osman (Allen); his son Don Allen; his daughter-in-law Laurie Ann Holbrook (Lutz); and his grandsons, Lt. Ian Connor Holbrook and Aidan McCallister Holbrook.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Floyd's memory.
