Lininger and Dorotha Lininger (McClain); his spouse Reda Crum; his daughters, Kelly Adkins of Mansfield and Kristina "Kris" Lininger of Sycamore; his grandchildren, Luke, Lauren and Zechariah Adkins; his siblings, Suzanne Miller of Upper Sandusky, David Lininger (Beth) of Sycamore, Judith Jacoby of McComb, Joe Lininger of Sycamore, Linda Passet of Sycamore, Rebecca Roush (Thomas) of Nevada, Sandra Gross of Florida and Cynthia Margraf (Mike) of Sycamore; and his nephew John. He was also cherished by friends, helping his daughters in earlier years with their 4-H projects and watching animal.
