He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester "Lester" and Mildred Ellis; his brother William Ellis (Lois); and his daughter Barbara Oches. He is survived by: his wife Edna Lea (Eppinghoff); his children, Kathi Ellis and John Ellis (Patty); his grandchildren, Megan, Amanda, Lauren Ellis, Matthew Oches (Tammy) and Erin Oches; and his great grandchild Hayden Oches.
