He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Dorn and Matilda Dorn; and his brothers, Harold Dorn and Roger Dorn. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dorn; his children, Theresa Marie (Doug Carmichael), Patricia Lynne (Jerry Teuschler), Carol Sue (Woody Bell) and Reverend Thomas Edward Dorn; his grandchildren, Joseph Carmichael (Makayla), Michael McCormick, Mary Kate McCormick, Emily McCormick, Elizabeth Bell and Caroline Bell; and his siblings, Joan Barrett, Neil Dorn, David Dorn, Elaine Herzog and Carol Ann Marchand.
