We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2024, at the age of 83, Susanne M. Dzyak of Swanton, Ohio, born in Brookville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul J. Dzyak; her parents, Lawrence Gatesman and Florence "Hop" Gatesman; her brother Lawrence Gatesman; and her brother-in-law Jim Beichner.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Jr. (Michelle), Michael (Laurie), Brian and Todd Dzyak (Rachel); her grandchildren, Josh (Jessica), Melanie, Anna, Kathryn (Eric), Alison, Elyssa, Brianna, Natasha and Alexa; her great grandchild Rhys; her sister Virginia Beichner; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Gatesman, Kathryn Upton, Margaret Putnam and John Dzyak (Jennifer). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Richard Parish or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
